What do I pay when I order?
Your first month plus a one-off returnable deposit: £20 for Everyday, £50 for Everyday Plus and £0 for On-The-Go. The deposit comes back when you return the router.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The only extra costs would be if you choose express delivery or need additional equipment. Late router returns may cost £100.
How long is the contract?
Plans start with a 3-month minimum term, then run on a 30-day rolling contract. There's no 12, 18 or 24-month tie-in.
Getting set up
Do I need an engineer or a phone line?
No. The routers are plug-and-play and connect over the 4G/5G mobile network. Plug it into a power socket and connect your devices. The On-The-Go router runs on its own battery.
How quickly will it arrive?
Most orders placed before 4pm are delivered the next working day by tracked delivery. Most customers are online within minutes of it arriving.
How fast is the connection?
Speeds vary by location, network coverage, router placement and the plan you choose. Most customers see download speeds of 30–100Mbps. Everyday Plus averages up to 500Mbps where 5G coverage allows.

How do I cancel?

How does the deposit work?
The deposit covers your router, which belongs to Next Day Broadband. Return it in good condition using the pre-paid envelope and your deposit is refunded within 7 days.
What is the 14-day money-back guarantee?
It's available for genuine cases where the service doesn't meet expectations. It isn't intended as a temporary solution while you wait for another provider, and no refund is offered if 10GB or more of data has been used.
